Ce projet visait au départ à cerner les facteurs ou les conditions influant sur l’exercice d’un leadership efficace en santé publique pour favoriser l’équité en santé. On a mené des entrevues auprès de 14 leaders de la santé publique au Canada et on a noté les thèmes à l’aide de la méthode de l’interrogation appréciative.
