Public health leadership development in Canada

Ce rapport est le fruit d’un projet commun du Centre de collaboration nationale des déterminants de la santé et des Infirmières et infirmiers en santé communautaire du Canada (IISCC). L’auteure s’est penchée sur les façons de développer le leadership chez le personnel infirmier de la santé publique afin de faciliter sa capacité de travailler dans le sens de l’équité en santé. Pour ce faire, elle a effectué une revue documentaire et a mené un sondage auprès d’infirmières et d’infirmiers en santé communautaire occupant des postes de direction.
