Ils ont voulu ainsi explorer la mesure dans laquelle les th&egrave;mes du livre s&rsquo;appliquent &agrave; l&rsquo;action men&eacute;e en sant&eacute; publique pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Le webinaire a permis ainsi d&rsquo;examiner les liens entre le contenu du livre et la perspective des praticiens quant &agrave; son application en sant&eacute; publique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;engagement communautaire et la pratique participative constituent des principes de base pour les strat&eacute;gies de promotion de la sant&eacute; fond&eacute;es sur la justice sociale. Une participation individuelle et collective de tous les segments de la soci&eacute;t&eacute; dans le cadre de laquelle on accorde une attention particuli&egrave;re aux groupes marginalis&eacute;s peut contribuer &agrave; un changement transformateur en sant&eacute; publique et aider ainsi &agrave; att&eacute;nuer les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s en sant&eacute;. Un engagement v&eacute;ritable g&eacute;n&egrave;re diff&eacute;rentes formes de connaissances, ce qui permet aux intervenants de voir les gens non pas comme de simples b&eacute;n&eacute;ficiaires d&rsquo;un service mais plut&ocirc;t comme une ressource avec &eacute;tablir les priorit&eacute;s et les approches.<\/p>\n<p>Le webinaire porte sur la pratique participative utilis&eacute;e en promotion de la sant&eacute; comme approche pour am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Les animateurs examinent le concept d&rsquo;engagement en tant que reflet de la philosophie, des buts et des valeurs. Ils analysent en outre les strat&eacute;gies visant &agrave; cr&eacute;er le contexte voulu pour op&eacute;rer un changement dans les pratiques, par exemple, en &eacute;coutant les t&eacute;moignages, en &eacute;tablissant un dialogue respectueux et en favorisant la r&eacute;flexivit&eacute; critique. Il est &eacute;galement question des d&eacute;fis que pr&eacute;sente la pratique participative et des fa&ccedil;ons de les aborder.
