La s&eacute;rie de webinaires vise &agrave; discuter des donn&eacute;es probantes, des questions abord&eacute;es par le cercle d&rsquo;apprentissage et de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience de deux organismes de sant&eacute; publique o&ugrave; des projets de changement organisationnel sont en cours. Voici le premier webinaire de la s&eacute;rie.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les organismes de sant&eacute; publique cherchent de plus en plus &agrave; agir sur les conditions de vie quotidienne qui influent sur la sant&eacute; afin d&rsquo;att&eacute;nuer les diff&eacute;rences injustes et syst&eacute;matiques dans les r&eacute;sultats de sant&eacute; et sociaux de divers groupes de population. Ainsi, la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle d&rsquo;agir sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; &ndash; soit l&rsquo;aptitude &agrave; reconna&icirc;tre les iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; et &agrave; prendre des mesures pour les r&eacute;duire &ndash; constitue un champ d&rsquo;intervention cl&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Pour atteindre ces objectifs, les organismes qui visent l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; ont int&eacute;r&ecirc;t &agrave; renforcer leur capacit&eacute; &agrave; mettre en place une d&eacute;marche rigoureuse et soutenue. La capacit&eacute; organisationnelle et syst&eacute;mique couvre divers domaines, comme les connaissances et les comp&eacute;tences du personnel, les partenariats multisectoriels et communautaires, ainsi que les structures de direction et de gouvernance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\nLe projet du CCNDS sur la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle<\/h3>\n<p>Par l&rsquo;entremise de notre projet sur la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle, nous sommes &agrave; &eacute;laborer et &agrave; mettre &agrave; l&rsquo;essai un cadre d&rsquo;intervention ax&eacute; sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; qui passe par l&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;une influence sur les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;. Il &eacute;tait question durant le webinaire de huit &eacute;l&eacute;ments de base &agrave; consid&eacute;rer par les organismes quant &agrave; leur capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Ces &eacute;l&eacute;ments peuvent comporter des aspects syst&eacute;miques, organisationnels ou individuels.
