La s&eacute;rie de webinaires vise &agrave; discuter des donn&eacute;es probantes, des questions abord&eacute;es par le cercle d&rsquo;apprentissage et de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience de deux organismes de sant&eacute; publique o&ugrave; des projets de changement organisationnel sont en cours. Voici le deuxi&egrave;me webinaire de la s&eacute;rie.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il importe pour les organismes cherchant &agrave; accro&icirc;tre leur capacit&eacute; de favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; de comprendre les principaux obstacles, catalyseurs et facteurs de r&eacute;ussite &agrave; prendre en compte pour mener &agrave; bien un changement.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet sur la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle passe par le mod&egrave;le conceptuel de Klarner et collab. sur la capacit&eacute; de changer pour analyser la capacit&eacute; &agrave; changer d&rsquo;un organisme de sant&eacute; publique au moment d&rsquo;entreprendre une d&eacute;marche d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Le mod&egrave;le conceptuel vient int&eacute;grer la capacit&eacute; &agrave; changer dans la th&eacute;orie de la gestion du changement (Klarner, P. et collab., 2007). Il a &eacute;t&eacute; appliqu&eacute; par le pass&eacute; &agrave; un changement touchant tous les aspects de l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la Sant&eacute; (Klarner, P. et collab., 2008). Selon le mod&egrave;le, et la litt&eacute;rature en g&eacute;n&eacute;ral, le changement comporte diverses caract&eacute;ristiques essentielles pour bien comprendre et r&eacute;ussir &agrave; renforcer la capacit&eacute; &agrave; changer d&rsquo;un organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le webinaire a servi&nbsp;&agrave; analyser les principaux concepts li&eacute;s &agrave; la capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;un organisme &agrave; mener &agrave; bien des projets de changement en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. On y a explor&nbsp;en outre certaines dichotomies comme le changement impos&eacute; par la direction (interne) versus le changement impos&eacute; par le milieu (externe) et le changement proactif versus le changement provoqu&eacute; en r&eacute;action &agrave; une situation.<\/p>\n<h3>\nLa capacit&eacute; &agrave; changer d&rsquo;un organisme<\/h3>\n<p>Le projet sur la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle et l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; vise &agrave; explorer les moyens que peuvent employer les organismes de sant&eacute; publique pour renforcer leur capacit&eacute; &agrave; changer afin d&rsquo;int&eacute;grer dans leurs activit&eacute;s la perspective de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le principal auditoire cible pour ce webinaire se compose des cadres de direction, des gestionnaires, des membres des groupes de travail ainsi que de toute personne participant &agrave; des programmes de changement touchant l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.
