Au Canada, les iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; durant ce stade de d&eacute;veloppement (g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement d&eacute;fini comme &eacute;tant la p&eacute;riode de la naissance &agrave; l&rsquo;&acirc;ge de 6 ans) touchent le plus souvent les enfants qui sont Autochtones, qui vivent dans la pauvret&eacute;, dont les milieux physiques et sociaux sont malsains et qui n&rsquo;ont peut-&ecirc;tre pas facilement acc&egrave;s &agrave; l&rsquo;aide ni aux services appropri&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>Ces enfants sont les plus &agrave; risque de vivre des iniquit&eacute;s qui influenceront leur &eacute;tat de sant&eacute; durant tous les stades de d&eacute;veloppement subs&eacute;quents, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire tout le reste de leur vie. Pour influencer la sant&eacute; des groupes de population plus &acirc;g&eacute;s, il faut donc agir sur les conditions de vie qui accentuent les iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; durant la petite enfance.<\/p>\n<h3>\nIniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; durant la petite enfance<\/h3>\n<p>Le webinaire vise &agrave; &eacute;tudier l&rsquo;interrelation entre les milieux physiques et sociaux qui marquent les conditions de vie durant la petite enfance et l&rsquo;influence de ces milieux sur l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; tout au long de la vie. Nous explorerons les programmes de soutien au d&eacute;veloppement de la petite enfance qui sont ax&eacute;s sur une approche universelle proportionn&eacute;e, y compris l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s, l&rsquo;affectation des ressources et la mise en &oelig;uvre. Il sera &eacute;galement question des r&eacute;sultats observ&eacute;s chez les enfants &agrave; ce stade de d&eacute;veloppement, et notamment de l&rsquo;utilisation des donn&eacute;es pour orienter les priorit&eacute;s &agrave; accorder en sant&eacute; publique en ce qui a trait aux programmes de soutien &agrave; la petite enfance.<\/p>\n<p>Nous parlerons de deux projets de recherche : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.umanitoba.ca\/faculties\/health_sciences\/medicine\/units\/chs\/departmental_units\/mchp\/paths.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PATHS Equity for Children<\/a> (en anglais; Universit&eacute; du Manitoba) et <a href=\"http:\/\/earlylearning.ubc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human Early Learning Partnership<\/a> (HELP) (en anglais; Universit&eacute; de la Colombie-Britannique). Les conclusions de ces travaux de recherche s&rsquo;appliquent aux d&eacute;cisions strat&eacute;giques dans le domaine de la sant&eacute; publique au Canada, et les praticiens de toutes les sph&egrave;res du syst&egrave;me de sant&eacute; publique peuvent s&rsquo;en servir en les traduisant en mesures concr&egrave;tes.<\/p>\n<h3>\nLe webinaire permettra aux participants d&rsquo;en conna&icirc;tre davantage sur<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;influence des conditions de vie durant la petite enfance sur la sant&eacute; tout au long de la vie;<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;&eacute;valuation des programmes afin d&rsquo;orienter les d&eacute;cisions en mati&egrave;re de politiques et d&rsquo;affectation des fonds;<\/li>\n<li>les principaux champs d&rsquo;action li&eacute;s &agrave; la petite enfance qui sont susceptibles d&rsquo;influencer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; tout au long de la vie;<\/li>\n<li>les partenaires multisectoriels qui peuvent unir leurs efforts pour influencer les r&eacute;sultats de sant&eacute;
