La s&eacute;rie de webinaires vise &agrave; discuter des donn&eacute;es probantes, des questions abord&eacute;es par le cercle d&rsquo;apprentissage et de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience de deux organismes de sant&eacute; publique o&ugrave; des projets de changement organisationnel sont en cours. Voici le troisi&egrave;me webinaire de la s&eacute;rie.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En fonction de ses valeurs, un organisme adopte des politiques et des pratiques qui favorisent ou d&eacute;couragent les mesures d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Celles-ci reposent sur un ensemble de valeurs pr&eacute;cises, certaines &eacute;videntes et explicites, d&rsquo;autres demeurant implicites.<\/p>\n<p>On pense notamment &agrave; des valeurs de base comme la justice sociale, la solidarit&eacute;, la r&eacute;ciprocit&eacute; et la r&eacute;partition &eacute;quitable du pouvoir, ainsi qu&rsquo;&agrave; d&rsquo;autres comme la confiance, le respect de l&rsquo;environnement et l&rsquo;abordabilit&eacute;. Toutes jouent un r&ocirc;le important dans la promotion de mesures de sant&eacute; publique orient&eacute;es vers l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h3>\n&Eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et valeurs organisationnelles<\/h3>\n<p>Le travail d&rsquo;un organisme sur les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; et sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; est guid&eacute; par des valeurs individuelles et soci&eacute;tales. Dans le cadre de ce webinaire, les conf&eacute;renci&egrave;res parlent des valeurs organisationnelles qui traduisent une volont&eacute; d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute;. Elles expliquent aussi comment un organisme peut r&eacute;ussir &agrave; changer ses valeurs pour qu&rsquo;elles s&rsquo;arriment plus &eacute;troitement aux valeurs d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. La r&eacute;orientation d&rsquo;une culture organisationnelle repose sur une correspondance &eacute;troite entre les valeurs individuelles de son personnel et celles d&eacute;sir&eacute;es pour l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Au sein d&rsquo;un organisme, chacun apporte des valeurs chevauchant &agrave; un degr&eacute; variable celles de ses coll&egrave;gues. Ensemble, elles influencent le syst&egrave;me de valeurs de l&rsquo;organisme, mais certaines personnes ont une empreinte plus profonde que d&rsquo;autres sur ce syst&egrave;me. Les dirigeants jouent un r&ocirc;le crucial dans le maintien et le renforcement des valeurs organisationnelles. Ces derni&egrave;res, par le biais des objectifs et des priorit&eacute;s associ&eacute;s aux politiques et aux pratiques, peuvent &agrave; leur tour avoir un effet positif ou n&eacute;gatif sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>En bref, le contexte sociopolitique d&rsquo;un organisme est un &eacute;l&eacute;ment critique de son orientation &eacute;thique.
