Ils veulent ainsi explorer la mesure dans laquelle les th&egrave;mes du livre s&rsquo;appliquent &agrave; l&rsquo;action men&eacute;e en sant&eacute; publique pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Les webinaires permettent ainsi d&rsquo;examiner les liens entre le contenu du livre et la perspective des praticiens quant &agrave; son application en sant&eacute; publique.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine de la promotion de la sant&eacute;, l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique offre un cadre de recherche et d&rsquo;action qui met l&rsquo;accent sur la complexit&eacute; des interactions entre les gens et leur environnement. Elle fait en sorte que les interventions et les programmes mis en &oelig;uvre pour promouvoir la sant&eacute; &laquo;&thinsp;allient des d&eacute;marches ax&eacute;es sur les gens afin de modifier les comportements de sant&eacute; &agrave; des interventions destin&eacute;es &agrave; am&eacute;liorer les multiples dimensions des milieux physique, social et culturel&thinsp;&raquo; (traduction libre; <em>Health Promotion in Canada<\/em>, 2017, p.&nbsp;85).<\/p>\n<p>Les facteurs interpersonnels demeurent les principaux &eacute;l&eacute;ments pris en compte dans les interventions. Par contre, on met en plus l&rsquo;accent sur la modification des milieux qui d&eacute;terminent les choix que peuvent faire les gens pour prendre soin de leur sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h3>\nL&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique &agrave; la promotion de la sant&eacute;<\/h3>\n<p>Le webinaire sert &agrave; explorer l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique en tant que strat&eacute;gie de promotion de la sant&eacute; pour r&eacute;orienter les programmes et les services de sant&eacute; publique et att&eacute;nuer les iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; entre les populations. Il y est question des facteurs facilitant et entravant l&rsquo;application de cette approche, y compris les &eacute;l&eacute;ments &agrave; consid&eacute;rer sur les plans individuel, de groupe, organisationnel et de la collectivit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le webinaire couvrit&nbsp;en outre les travaux de recherche, les expos&eacute;s de principe et autres ressources, y compris des exemples de programmes auxquels l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique a &eacute;t&eacute; int&eacute;gr&eacute;e afin d&rsquo;assurer la sant&eacute; des populations. On y aborde&nbsp;aussi l&rsquo;influence que l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique employ&eacute;e dans le domaine de la promotion de la sant&eacute; peut exercer sur les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;, et vice versa.<\/p>\n<h3>\nLe webinaire porte sur ce qui suit<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>les concepts sous-jacents &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;cologie dans le contexte de la promotion de la sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>les facteurs facilitant et entravant la planification, la mise en &oelig;uvre et l&rsquo;&eacute;valuation des interventions ax&eacute;es sur l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique en mati&egrave;re de promotion de la sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>des exemples fond&eacute;s sur les pratiques afin de montrer le processus d&rsquo;application de l&rsquo;approche &eacute;cologique;<\/li>\n<li>en quoi les d&eacute;terminants sociaux croisent les d&eacute;terminants &eacute;cologiques et influencent ainsi l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute;
