La s&eacute;rie de webinaires porte sur les donn&eacute;es probantes, les questions abord&eacute;es par le cercle d&rsquo;apprentissage et l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience de deux organismes de sant&eacute; publique o&ugrave; des projets de changement organisationnel sont en cours. Voici le cinqui&egrave;me webinaire de la s&eacute;rie.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans le milieu de la sant&eacute;, les mesures ax&eacute;es sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; sont souvent per&ccedil;ues comme perturbatrices. Et pour cause&nbsp;: elles ont pour but de transformer les structures de pouvoir et le fonctionnement des organismes et des syst&egrave;mes. Ou, quand ces mesures transformatrices re&ccedil;oivent un accueil favorable, les praticiens et les d&eacute;cideurs ont la latitude n&eacute;cessaire pour cibler les structures et les syst&egrave;mes propices aux iniquit&eacute;s. Ils peuvent alors repenser les pratiques et les politiques.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous inspirons&nbsp;d&rsquo;exemples tir&eacute;s du projet d&rsquo;intervention organisationnelle pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; <a href=\"https:\/\/equiphealthcare.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EQUIP Health Care<\/a>. Son approche vise la prestation de soins ax&eacute;s sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en s&rsquo;appuyant principalement sur trois &eacute;l&eacute;ments&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les soins adapt&eacute;s &agrave; la culture;<\/li>\n<li>Les soins tenant compte des traumatismes et de la violence;<\/li>\n<li>La r&eacute;duction des m&eacute;faits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chaque &eacute;l&eacute;ment doit &ecirc;tre adapt&eacute; au contexte local.<\/p>\n<h3>\nS&eacute;curit&eacute; psychologique<\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons explor&eacute; la notion de s&eacute;curit&eacute; psychologique et son potentiel pour renforcer les capacit&eacute;s des organismes de sant&eacute; en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute;. La promotion de la s&eacute;curit&eacute; psychologique favorise l&rsquo;atteinte des objectifs en encourageant la prise de risques dans les interactions et en insufflant le courage n&eacute;cessaire pour faire avancer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Les dirigeants jouent un r&ocirc;le essentiel dans la pr&eacute;sentation des mesures transformatrices comme des occasions de passer &agrave; l&rsquo;action.<\/p>\n<p>Les conf&eacute;renci&egrave;res on parl&eacute; des strat&eacute;gies concr&egrave;tes que peuvent adopter les praticiens pour neutraliser les processus et les pratiques &agrave; l&rsquo;origine des iniquit&eacute;s.
