Ils pr&eacute;sentent des strat&eacute;gies visant &agrave; att&eacute;nuer les iniquit&eacute;s en sant&eacute; et les conditions structurelles qui nuisent &agrave; la sant&eacute;. On y mentionne comment ont &eacute;merg&eacute; les questions de recherche, la mani&egrave;re dont ont collabor&eacute; les partenaires, comment le contexte local a influenc&eacute; les interventions et comment on a r&eacute;solu les difficult&eacute;s quant &agrave; la mise en place graduelle et le maintien des interventions.
