Ils proposent pour ce faire un certain nombre de leviers int&eacute;ressants &agrave; utiliser au sein du syst&egrave;me de soins de sant&eacute;, notamment : la formation et l&rsquo;&eacute;ducation pour assurer une main-d&rsquo;&oelig;uvre efficace; les relations entre les patients et les collectivit&eacute;s; les partenariats au sein et &agrave; l&rsquo;ext&eacute;rieur du syst&egrave;me de soins de sant&eacute;; et les strat&eacute;gies de d&eacute;fense des int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts. L&rsquo;analyse tourne en fait autour de six champs d&rsquo;intervention pour le Royaume-Uni. Le rapport contient &eacute;galement des recommandations g&eacute;n&eacute;rales, des &eacute;tudes de cas et une description des &eacute;tapes encore &agrave; venir.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tLe rapport contient l&rsquo;&eacute;nonc&eacute; d&rsquo;action d&rsquo;un bon nombre d&rsquo;organismes et d&rsquo;instituts du Royaume-Uni, dont la British Medical Association et l&rsquo;Academy of Medical Colleges. Ces &eacute;nonc&eacute;s contiennent des renseignements pertinents pour un certain nombre de professions en sant&eacute;, de m&ecirc;me que les raisons &agrave; l&rsquo;origine de l&rsquo;&eacute;nonc&eacute;, des &eacute;tudes de cas et des suggestions de lecture.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tLes auteurs donnent des exemples o&ugrave; des professionnels de la sant&eacute; (comme les infirmi&egrave;res, les travailleurs sociaux, les sages-femmes, les dentistes, les m&eacute;decins et les nutritionnistes) interviennent pour am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, puis proposent des moyens faciles d&rsquo;att&eacute;nuer les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s observ&eacute;es dans l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; au moyen de la pratique clinique.
