Au cours d&rsquo;un t&ecirc;te-&agrave;-t&ecirc;te avec Connie Clement, la directrice scientifique du CCNDS, quatre sp&eacute;cialistes de la sant&eacute; publique ont relat&eacute; leur exp&eacute;rience en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;laboration et d&rsquo;instauration de &laquo; normes &raquo; dans le contexte d&rsquo;un processus de renouvellement organisationnel.<\/p>\n<p><em>La comparaison entre le renouvellement du syst&egrave;me de sant&eacute; publique de l&rsquo;Ontario et celui de la Colombie-Britannique<\/em><br \/>\n\tBernie Pauly, Ph. D., &Eacute;cole des Sciences infirmi&egrave;res de l&rsquo;Universit&eacute; de Victoria, donne un aper&ccedil;u de ses travaux de recherche visant &agrave; comparer les processus de renouvellement de la sant&eacute; publique de la Colombie-Britannique et de l&rsquo;Ontario. Elle raconte comment l&rsquo;interpr&eacute;tation des concepts et le choix du vocabulaire ont influenc&eacute; la mani&egrave;re d&rsquo;aborder la notion de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; dans les normes de sant&eacute; publique de chacune des deux provinces.<\/p>\n<p><em>L&rsquo;&eacute;laboration de normes de sant&eacute; publique en Nouvelle-&Eacute;cosse<\/em><br \/>\n\tJanet Braunstein Moody, minist&egrave;re de la Sant&eacute; et du Mieux-&Ecirc;tre de la Nouvelle-&Eacute;cosse, explique comment le processus d&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des normes a men&eacute; &agrave; la clarification de la vision d&rsquo;ensemble pour le secteur de la sant&eacute; publique et une meilleure compr&eacute;hension du r&ocirc;le jou&eacute; par le personnel au sein du syst&egrave;me de sant&eacute; publique.<\/p>\n<p><em>L&rsquo;instauration des Normes de sant&eacute; publique de l&rsquo;Ontario au Bureau de sant&eacute; de Peterborough County-City<\/em><br \/>\n\tDre Rosana Pellizzari, Bureau de sant&eacute; de Peterborough County-City, fait &eacute;tat des le&ccedil;ons qu&rsquo;elle a tir&eacute;es du processus d&rsquo;instauration des normes organisationnelles provinciales &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelon local. Les normes ont permis de mieux cibler les activit&eacute;s de l&rsquo;organisme et de renforcer les partenariats avec ses divers intervenants.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>L&rsquo;&eacute;laboration d&rsquo;un cadre conceptuel centr&eacute; sur la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle de la sant&eacute; publique d&rsquo;agir sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/em><br \/>\n\tBenita Cohen, Ph. D., &Eacute;cole des Sciences infirmi&egrave;res de l&rsquo;Universit&eacute; du Manitoba, explique l&rsquo;influence qu&rsquo;ont exerc&eacute;e les champions de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; sur la conception d&rsquo;un cadre conceptuel centr&eacute; sur le travail en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.
