Le document intitul&eacute; <em><a href=\"http:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/lets-talk-universal-and-targeted-approaches\" onclick=\"window.open(this.href, '', 'resizable=no,status=no,location=no,toolbar=no,menubar=no,fullscreen=no,scrollbars=no,dependent=no'); return false;\">D&eacute;marches cibl&eacute;es et universelles en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; : Parlons-en<\/a><\/em> contenait de nombreux exemples conceptuels pour illustrer la th&eacute;orie, mais aucun exemple tir&eacute; de l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>Le but de la nouvelle s&eacute;rie est d&rsquo;offrir des exemples fond&eacute;s sur des cas v&eacute;cus afin d&rsquo;aider le personnel de la sant&eacute; publique &agrave; mieux comprendre comment il est possible d&rsquo;utiliser une combinaison de d&eacute;marches cibl&eacute;es et universelles pour am&eacute;liorer les r&eacute;sultats de sant&eacute; selon les tranches de population vis&eacute;es.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois exemples traitant du ciblage dans un cadre d&rsquo;universalit&eacute; sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Apprendre_par_la_pratique_-_Capital1.pdf\">R&eacute;gie r&eacute;gionale de la sant&eacute; Capital (N.-&Eacute;.) &mdash; programme Partir du bon pied<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Apprendre_par_la_pratique_Service_de_sante_publique_de_Sudbury_et_du_district_Ont._\u2014_Promotion_de_la_sante_en_milieu_scolaire.pdf\">Service de sant&eacute; publique de Sudbury et du district (Ont.) &mdash; Promotion de la sant&eacute; en milieu scolaire&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Apprendre_par_la_pratique_-_Vancouver_Coastal_Health.pdf\">Vancouver Coastal Health (C.-B.) &mdash; Programme de r&eacute;duction du tabagisme<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mieux comprendre le concept du ciblage dans un cadre d&rsquo;universalit&eacute; et son application dans la pratique de sant&eacute; publique<\/li>\n<li>Analyser les forces et les faiblesses de la d&eacute;marche du ciblage dans un cadre d&rsquo;universalit&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>Savoir comment d&rsquo;autres appliquent des initiatives et des services fond&eacute;s sur une combinaison de d&eacute;marches cibl&eacute;es et universelles pour am&eacute;liorer les r&eacute;sultats de sant&eacute; de divers groupes de populations<\/li>\n<li>Examiner comment certains organismes de sant&eacute; publique du Canada se servent des donn&eacute;es probantes, des partenariats et des &eacute;valuations pour ex&eacute;cuter leurs programmes de ciblage dans un cadre d&rsquo;universalit&eacute;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute;.
