Des activit&eacute;s de surveillance permettent &eacute;galement de suivre dans le temps et dans l&rsquo;espace (r&eacute;gional) les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;, l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; de la population et le recours aux services de sant&eacute; et aux services sociaux. Malgr&eacute; ces acquis, le Qu&eacute;bec ne dispose pas d&rsquo;un plan de surveillance syst&eacute;matique des in&eacute;galit&eacute;s sociales de sant&eacute;. Pourtant, ces in&eacute;galit&eacute;s existent et elles sont bien document&eacute;es.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspq.qc.ca\/publications\/1698\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ce rapport<\/a>,&nbsp;publi&eacute; par l&#39;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspq.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut national de sant&eacute; publique du Qu&eacute;bec<\/a>,&nbsp;a pour but de proposer une strat&eacute;gie et des indicateurs pour la surveillance des in&eacute;galit&eacute;s sociales de sant&eacute;. Il r&eacute;sulte d&rsquo;un effort conjoint de professionnels r&eacute;gionaux et nationaux de la surveillance au Qu&eacute;bec, issus de la Table de concertation nationale en surveillance, du minist&egrave;re de la Sant&eacute; et des Services sociaux et de l&#39;INSPQ.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tLe rapport compte trois parties.&nbsp; Une premi&egrave;re d&eacute;crivant les &eacute;l&eacute;ments de contexte et les concepts utiles, une seconde passant en revue les points de m&eacute;thode et une troisi&egrave;me formulant des recommandations quant &agrave; la strat&eacute;gie et aux indicateurs &agrave; retenir pour la surveillance des in&eacute;galit&eacute;s sociales de sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tPour initier la surveillance de ces in&eacute;galit&eacute;s, le rapport propose de retenir 18 indicateurs couvrant l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; de la population (10 indicateurs) et ses d&eacute;terminants (8 indicateurs). Ces indicateurs seront crois&eacute;s avec un indice de d&eacute;favorisation, principalement, et suivis sur environ deux d&eacute;cennies, &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle du Qu&eacute;bec et de chaque r&eacute;gion.
