Les chercheuses se sont entretenues avec des informateurs cl&eacute;s pour obtenir leur point de vue. Elles ont &eacute;galement proc&eacute;d&eacute; &agrave; une revue documentaire afin d&rsquo;en d&eacute;gager les principaux &eacute;l&eacute;ments &agrave; inclure dans leur cadre conceptuel et les facteurs facilitant ou entravant l&rsquo;action pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre conceptuel comprend deux p&ocirc;les :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>le contexte interne, qui fait allusion aux dimensions influen&ccedil;ant &agrave; l&rsquo;interne la capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un organisme<\/li>\n<li>le contexte externe favorable, qui fait allusion aux dimensions de la population locale et des syst&egrave;mes en g&eacute;n&eacute;ral qui influent sur la capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un organisme de la sant&eacute; publique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les deux p&ocirc;les comportent des dimensions similaires : valeurs communes, d&eacute;termination et engagement &eacute;vidents et infrastructure favorable.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteures font valoir que le cadre conceptuel couvre toutes les caract&eacute;ristiques essentielles auxquelles doit satisfaire la sant&eacute; publique pour agir comme moteur de changement social qui m&egrave;nera &agrave; la r&eacute;duction des iniquit&eacute;s en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tServez-vous de cet outil pour<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>analyser quelles caract&eacute;ristiques organisationnelles favorisent la r&eacute;ussite des initiatives pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>d&eacute;finir les indicateurs qui permettent d&rsquo;&eacute;tablir la capacit&eacute; de votre organisme;<\/li>\n<li>d&eacute;terminer les points faibles et les obstacles qui nuisent &agrave; l&rsquo;instauration d&rsquo;une d&eacute;marche pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; dans votre organisme et y rem&eacute;dier;<\/li>\n<li>r&eacute;fl&eacute;chir aux m&eacute;canismes qui permettraient de surveiller p&eacute;riodiquement les changements dans la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\tR&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique<\/h3>\n<p>Cohen, B.E., A.
