Elle pr&eacute;sente les r&eacute;sultats d&rsquo;une revue documentaire, d&rsquo;un sondage men&eacute; aupr&egrave;s d&rsquo;infirmi&egrave;res et d&rsquo;infirmiers en sant&eacute; communautaire occupant des postes de direction et d&rsquo;&eacute;changes tenus lors d&rsquo;un atelier pr&eacute;sent&eacute; par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iiscc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infirmi&egrave;res et infirmiers en sant&eacute; communautaire du Canada (IISCC)<\/a>. Ce rapport est le fruit d&rsquo;un projet commun du Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute; et des Infirmi&egrave;res et infirmiers en sant&eacute; communautaire du Canada. Ardene Robinson Vollman, Ph. D., a dirig&eacute; les travaux de recherche.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport contient des exemples int&eacute;ressants de d&eacute;marches pour d&eacute;velopper le leadership, accompagn&eacute;s des r&eacute;f&eacute;rences bibliographiques. L&rsquo;auteure estime qu&rsquo;il faut commencer par clarifier les r&ocirc;les et les fonctions si on veut d&eacute;velopper le potentiel de leadership chez les infirmi&egrave;res et infirmiers de la sant&eacute; publique de premi&egrave;re ligne. La revue documentaire a fait ressortir les qualit&eacute;s politiques et la politisation sociale (la compr&eacute;hension des instruments politiques avec un grand P et ceux avec un petit p), et la valorisation des connaissances acquises sur le tas &agrave; inclure dans la formation en mati&egrave;re de leadership comme &eacute;l&eacute;ments fondamentaux au travail li&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques-uns des facteurs favorisant l&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;un leadership positif chez les infirmi&egrave;res et infirmiers de la sant&eacute; publique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soutien des gestionnaires de premi&egrave;re ligne;<\/li>\n<li>culture organisationnelle valorisant l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et la justice sociale et l&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience sur le terrain;<\/li>\n<li>relations intersectorielles et interprofessionnelles (r&eacute;seaux verticaux);<\/li>\n<li>acc&egrave;s aux donn&eacute;es probantes;<\/li>\n<li>appui envers l&rsquo;innovation et la cr&eacute;ativit&eacute;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les travaux de recherche ont comport&eacute; un sondage par &eacute;crit aupr&egrave;s des 46 infirmi&egrave;res et infirmiers membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration et des comit&eacute;s permanents des IISCC et des contributions &agrave; un atelier des IISCC organis&eacute; en 2013. Ces deux &eacute;tapes ont permis de d&eacute;gager les qualit&eacute;s, les caract&eacute;ristiques, les actions et les capacit&eacute;s se rattachant au leadership.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteure insiste sur l&rsquo;urgence d&rsquo;&eacute;laborer des cadres th&eacute;oriques en mati&egrave;re de leadership en sant&eacute; publique qui feraient &eacute;tat des comp&eacute;tences transformationnelles, politiques, transorganisationnelles et de synergie de groupes.
