(Traduction libre)<\/p>\n<p>\tDans cette vid&eacute;o,&nbsp; des leaders canadiens en sant&eacute; publique font part de leurs observations sur les caract&eacute;ristiques sous-jacentes au leadership efficace favorisant l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Les conf&eacute;renciers donnent leur opinion sur le leadership, son importance pour faire avancer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et ce &agrave; quoi il ressemble dans la pratique.<\/p>\n<p>\tLes leaders doivent poss&eacute;der les principales comp&eacute;tences suivantes : capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;analyse strat&eacute;gique, aptitudes en d&eacute;fense d&rsquo;int&eacute;r&ecirc;ts, capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;analyse socio-&eacute;cologique de la sant&eacute; et de la soci&eacute;t&eacute; et renforcement des relations avec les parties int&eacute;ress&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;interne comme &agrave; l&rsquo;externe.
