En 2012, le CCNDS a publi&eacute; une <a href=\"http:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/casestudy-SK\">&eacute;tude de cas<\/a> sur l&rsquo;excellent travail effectu&eacute; &agrave; Saskatoon en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Le pr&eacute;sent r&eacute;cit concerne plus particuli&egrave;rement les efforts en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; d&eacute;ploy&eacute;s jusqu&rsquo;en 2014 dans le cadre du programme de pr&eacute;vention de la grippe.<\/p>\n<p>Le r&eacute;cit s&rsquo;articule autour des <a href=\"http:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/lets-talk-public-health-roles\">quatre r&ocirc;les cibl&eacute;s dans le cadre d&rsquo;action et de r&eacute;flexion pour&nbsp;att&eacute;nuer les iniquit&eacute;s en sant&eacute;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\tR&ocirc;le 1 : &Eacute;valuer les iniquit&eacute;s en sant&eacute; et les strat&eacute;gies s&rsquo;y rattachant, puis en faire rapport. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; ses recherches pr&eacute;alables et &agrave; sa connaissance du &laquo; terrain &raquo;, l&rsquo;&eacute;quipe de la R&eacute;gie r&eacute;gionale s&rsquo;est donn&eacute;e comme objectif de hausser le taux de vaccination contre la grippe dans les six quartiers du noyau urbain de mani&egrave;re qu&rsquo;il soit comparable &agrave; celui observ&eacute; dans les autres coins de la ville.<\/p>\n<p>R&ocirc;le 2 : Modifier et orienter les interventions. Afin de faire tomber les barri&egrave;res et de rendre les services plus accessibles, l&rsquo;&eacute;quipe a ouvert des cliniques de vaccination dans les &eacute;coles &eacute;l&eacute;mentaires, les logements sociaux, la banque alimentaire et le centre de sant&eacute;-sexualit&eacute;. Elle a adapt&eacute; l&rsquo;horaire des cliniques en fonction des quarts de travail de la client&egrave;le et des modalit&eacute;s de garde d&rsquo;enfants.<\/p>\n<p>R&ocirc;le 3 : &Eacute;tablir des partenariats avec d&rsquo;autres secteurs. Chacun des membres de l&rsquo;&eacute;quipe Building Health Equity (Vers une &eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;) a &eacute;t&eacute; jumel&eacute; &agrave; une &eacute;cole afin d&rsquo;entretenir des liens directs entre le personnel, les &eacute;l&egrave;ves et les parents. L&rsquo;&eacute;quipe a &eacute;galement &eacute;tabli des partenariats avec le Conseil tribal de Saskatoon et la Central Urban M&eacute;tis Federation.<\/p>\n<p>R&ocirc;le 4 : Participer &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques. L&rsquo;&eacute;quipe Building Health Equity a r&eacute;ussi &agrave; instaurer des changements d&rsquo;orientation, par exemple : 1) la remise de billets d&rsquo;autobus pour la client&egrave;le souhaitant se pr&eacute;valoir des programmes et des services de sant&eacute; publique; 2) la vaccination des nouveaux arrivants en attente du traitement de leur demande de carte d&rsquo;assurance-maladie provinciale; et 3) la mise en commun des cliniques de vaccination des enfants et de vaccination antigrippale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servez-vous de cet outil pour:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&eacute;laborer une strat&eacute;gie de pr&eacute;vention de la grippe ax&eacute;e sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>vous appuyer sur des donn&eacute;es pour faire valoir le bien-fond&eacute; d&rsquo;une strat&eacute;gie de pr&eacute;vention de la grippe ax&eacute;e sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>tenir compte de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; dans tous les programmes de vaccination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique<\/strong><br \/>\n\tCentre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute;.
