L&rsquo;analyse visait &agrave; am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;emploi au Canada des &eacute;valuations de l&rsquo;incidence sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, et surtout de l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation de l&rsquo;impact sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en mati&egrave;re de sant&eacute; (&Eacute;I&Eacute;S) maintenant utilis&eacute; en Ontario. Ces outils proposent aux d&eacute;cideurs en mati&egrave;re de politiques de sant&eacute;, aux planificateurs de programmes et aux chercheurs un processus &agrave; suivre &eacute;tape par &eacute;tape pour &eacute;valuer leurs activit&eacute;s dans la perspective de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Les conclusions de l&rsquo;analyse peuvent servir &agrave; d&rsquo;autres types d&rsquo;outils ax&eacute;s sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; dans d&rsquo;autres contextes.
