Ils insistent sur l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;&eacute;tablir une vision commune vers laquelle tendre. &Agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;indicateurs &eacute;loquents sur la situation locale, ils expliquent ensuite la nature et l&rsquo;&eacute;tendue des &eacute;carts de sant&eacute; observ&eacute;s &agrave; Winnipeg, en montrant le lien de cause &agrave; effet entre les conditions sociales et &eacute;conomiques et la sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre de r&eacute;flexion et d&rsquo;action en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; sous forme de cercles concentriques pour montrer les principes, les strat&eacute;gies et les champs d&rsquo;action qui entourent le but ultime, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire &laquo; la sant&eacute; pour tous &raquo;. Les principes correspondent &agrave; une s&eacute;rie d&rsquo;intentions de base, et les strat&eacute;gies &ndash; connaissances, gouvernance et participation &ndash; font allusion aux diff&eacute;rentes d&eacute;marches utiles pour soutenir l&rsquo;action. Ensemble, les principes et les strat&eacute;gies &eacute;tablissent le contexte appuyant les 12 champs d&rsquo;action possibles pour am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Les champs d&rsquo;action dont il est question dans le document Health for All se rapprochent des d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;.
