La<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccnpps.ca\/190\/publications.ccnpps?id_article=1372\"> note documentaire<\/a> collig&eacute;e par le Centre de collaboration nationale sur les politiques publiques et la sant&eacute; traite des donn&eacute;es probantes sur l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; des m&eacute;dias sociaux pour diffuser les messages de la sant&eacute; publique et modifier les comportements de sant&eacute; des gens, ainsi que sur le degr&eacute; de cette efficacit&eacute; selon les groupes de population.<\/p>\n<p>Il est difficile de savoir comment le public r&eacute;agit aux messages diffus&eacute;s dans les m&eacute;dias sociaux, et comment ou si ces messages influent sur le comportement. Bien que les bureaux de sant&eacute; publique passent par les m&eacute;dias sociaux pour relayer certaines donn&eacute;es probantes, le grand public n&rsquo;en reconnait pas encore la fiabilit&eacute; comme source d&rsquo;information sur la sant&eacute;. Le fait que de multiples utilisateurs peuvent contribuer aux sites des m&eacute;dias sociaux nuit &agrave; la fiabilit&eacute;, donc &agrave; l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute;, des messages qui y sont v&eacute;hicul&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p>Les avis dans la documentation sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;e ne sont pas unanimes quant &agrave; savoir qui sont les utilisateurs des m&eacute;dias sociaux. Il n&rsquo;y a pas doute cependant que le fait de vivre en r&eacute;gion &eacute;loign&eacute;e ou avec un faible revenu limite la capacit&eacute; d&rsquo;utilisation. Les autres obstacles sont la r&eacute;gion g&eacute;ographique, les comp&eacute;tences en informatique, le faible niveau de scolarit&eacute; et l&rsquo;analphab&eacute;tisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le document dresse la liste des m&eacute;dias sociaux les plus populaires et pr&eacute;cise la mani&egrave;re de s&rsquo;en servir pour diffuser les messages de la sant&eacute; publique. On y donne &eacute;galement des lignes directrices en mati&egrave;re de pratiques exemplaires, en soulignant par exemple que &laquo; les organismes de sant&eacute; devraient avoir clairement cern&eacute; les objectifs, les ressources n&eacute;cessaires (humaines, budg&eacute;taires), les publics cibles et les messages cl&eacute;s avant d&rsquo;entreprendre une campagne en ce sens &raquo;, et que les m&eacute;dias sociaux devraient servir de compl&eacute;ment &agrave; d&rsquo;autres strat&eacute;gies de communication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>comprendre toutes les options que pr&eacute;sentent les m&eacute;dias sociaux pour v&eacute;hiculer les messages de la sant&eacute; publique;<\/li>\n<li>animer une discussion sur la mani&egrave;re d&rsquo;incorporer les m&eacute;dias sociaux dans votre strat&eacute;gie de communication;<\/li>\n<li>examiner comment faire en sorte que votre message puisse toucher tous les types d&rsquo;auditoire de la sant&eacute; publique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Newbold, B.
