Ces r&ocirc;les sont d&eacute;crits dans le document <a href=\"http:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/lets-talk-advocacy-and-health-equity\">Plaidoyer et &eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; : Parlons-en<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>R&ocirc;le 1 : Cerner l&rsquo;enjeu : Le personnel infirmier responsable des d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; a utilis&eacute; une strat&eacute;gie pour cibler des enjeux et des groupes de population pr&eacute;cis.<\/p>\n<p>R&ocirc;le 2 : Recueillir et faire conna&icirc;tre les donn&eacute;es : Le personnel infirmier responsable des d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; s&rsquo;est servi des donn&eacute;es de surveillance sur la sant&eacute; des populations pour r&eacute;v&eacute;ler o&ugrave; se trouvaient les iniquit&eacute;s dans la collectivit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>R&ocirc;le 3 : Travailler en collaboration et &eacute;tablir des partenariats : Le bureau de sant&eacute; publique d&rsquo;Hamilton a travaill&eacute; &eacute;troitement avec des partenaires parmi leurs coll&egrave;gues de la sant&eacute; publique, y compris le personnel travaillant directement avec les patients et les m&eacute;decins hygi&eacute;nistes, ainsi qu&rsquo;avec les responsables d&rsquo;organismes communautaires et des fonctionnaires des divers ordres de gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>int&eacute;grer une d&eacute;marche de plaidoyer dans vos activit&eacute;s li&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>&eacute;laborer un cadre ou une strat&eacute;gie d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; pour votre organisme;<\/li>\n<li>favoriser un d&eacute;bat dans votre organisme sur la fa&ccedil;on de cr&eacute;er un cadre s&eacute;curitaire pour faire progresser les efforts de plaidoyer en amont et favoriser ainsi le changement structurel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute;.
