{"id":6992,"date":"2016-03-31T16:44:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-31T16:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nccdh.local\/resource\/common-agenda-for-public-health-action-on-health-equity\/"},"modified":"2025-11-06T17:20:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T17:20:13","slug":"common-agenda-for-public-health-action-on-health-equity","status":"publish","type":"resource","link":"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/common-agenda-for-public-health-action-on-health-equity\/","title":{"rendered":"Programme commun pour soutenir l\u2019action de la sant\u00e9 publique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute; (NCCDS) collabore avec des praticiens, des chercheurs et des d&eacute;cideurs de la sant&eacute; publique d&rsquo;un bout &agrave; l&rsquo;autre du Canada sur la question des moyens d&rsquo;action pour renforcer les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; et am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des activit&eacute;s d&rsquo;&eacute;change des connaissances, d&rsquo;apprentissage et de r&eacute;seautage, les intervenants ont pu expliquer leurs d&eacute;fis, les priorit&eacute;s &eacute;tablies et les domaines m&eacute;ritant un peu plus d&rsquo;attention et de collaboration. Le programme commun est l&rsquo;aboutissement de la synth&egrave;se des documents issus de ces activit&eacute;s, dont d&rsquo;anciens rapports d&rsquo;activit&eacute;s, des analyses contextuelles, des comptes rendus de r&eacute;unions et des observations des membres du personnel du CCNDS lors de consultations et d&rsquo;activit&eacute;s de r&eacute;seautage. Ces sources repr&eacute;sentent la voix de milliers d&rsquo;acteurs de la sant&eacute; publique qui &oelig;uvrent dans les provinces et territoires du Canada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Common_Agenda_Summary_FR-2.pdf\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Cliquez ici<\/a> afin d&#39;acc&eacute;der un r&eacute;sum&eacute; de cette ressource.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme commun cible, pour les intervenants de la sant&eacute; publique, les huit priorit&eacute;s suivantes qui sont regroup&eacute;es sous trois th&egrave;mes :<\/p>\n<p>1. &Eacute;tablir des bases solides pour pouvoir passer &agrave; l&rsquo;action<\/p>\n<p>a) Renforcer le leadership en sant&eacute; publique<\/p>\n<p>b) Accroitre le soutien social et politique (la volont&eacute; politique) et l&rsquo;action<\/p>\n<p>c) Renforcer la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle et syst&eacute;mique<\/p>\n<p>2. Produire et utiliser une bonne base de connaissances<\/p>\n<p>a) S&rsquo;appuyer sur les donn&eacute;es probantes et renforcer la base de connaissances pour soutenir l&rsquo;action concert&eacute;e<\/p>\n<p>b) Incorporer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; dans les m&eacute;thodes de surveillance et de suivi et dans la production de rapports<\/p>\n<p>3. Collaborer avec des partenaires hors du secteur de la sant&eacute;<\/p>\n<p>a) Participer &agrave; des mesures multisectorielles &agrave; long terme<\/p>\n<p>b) Plaider en faveur du changement en mati&egrave;re de politique et de structure<\/p>\n<p>c) Allouer des ressources et du temps &agrave; l&rsquo;engagement communautaire soutenu et substantiel<\/p>\n<p>Ces priorit&eacute;s contribuent &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;lan actuel visant &agrave; faire progresser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; dans le contexte canadien et ont pour objectif de soutenir les responsables de l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques, les praticiens et les organismes de tous horizons dans l&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;une influence sur les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;. Bien que le document s&rsquo;adresse aux acteurs de la sant&eacute; publique, on reconna&icirc;t &agrave; la lumi&egrave;re des priorit&eacute;s qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un travail de collaboration avec les partenaires du secteur de la sant&eacute; et des autres secteurs, y compris divers intervenants de la collectivit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cerner les approches qui permettraient d&rsquo;orienter l&rsquo;action organisationnelle et syst&eacute;mique utile pour am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>faciliter les discussions sur les priorit&eacute;s et les activit&eacute;s communes en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; avec des partenaires internes et externes;<\/li>\n<li>&eacute;valuer les activit&eacute;s men&eacute;es en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et &eacute;laborer des strat&eacute;gies pour combler les lacunes cern&eacute;es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<strong>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute;.
