Ils peuvent se servir des deux outils dont il est question ici pour r&eacute;fl&eacute;chir &agrave; leur fa&ccedil;on de travailler et explorer les mesures qu&rsquo;il serait possible d&rsquo;int&eacute;grer &agrave; leurs activit&eacute;s quotidiennes ou au processus de planification des programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre d&rsquo;action repose sur dix questions &agrave; consid&eacute;rer par les praticiens pour les aider &agrave; appliquer les grands concepts associ&eacute;s aux d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; et &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; dans leurs fonctions, &agrave; comprendre en quoi les d&eacute;marches pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; s&rsquo;appliquent &agrave; leur propre r&eacute;gion ou organisme et &agrave; travailler avec d&rsquo;autres pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Le cadre d&rsquo;action comporte des suggestions de d&eacute;marche &agrave; faire &agrave; divers &eacute;chelons d&rsquo;un organisme de sant&eacute; publique et selon le niveau de connaissances et d&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience de chacun par rapport &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/FR_User_Guide_161004_AM_FINAL.pdf\"><strong>mode d&rsquo;emploi<\/strong><\/a> qui l&rsquo;accompagne, on souligne que le cadre d&rsquo;action est destin&eacute; &agrave; trois grands auditoires. Les praticiens peuvent l&rsquo;utiliser en fonction de la port&eacute;e et des responsabilit&eacute;s de leur poste respectif.
