{"id":6979,"date":"2017-01-24T09:46:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-24T09:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nccdh.local\/resource\/taking-action-on-the-social-determinants-of-health-insights-from-politician\/"},"modified":"2025-11-06T17:20:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T17:20:06","slug":"taking-action-on-the-social-determinants-of-health-insights-from-politician","status":"publish","type":"resource","link":"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/taking-action-on-the-social-determinants-of-health-insights-from-politician\/","title":{"rendered":"Taking action on the social determinants of health: Insights from politicians, policymakers and lobb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le pr&eacute;sent rapport, les auteurs font &eacute;tat de la mesure dans laquelle les d&eacute;marches entreprises pour r&eacute;partir autrement les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; et am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; &eacute;taient appropri&eacute;es dans le contexte politique australien.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;&eacute;quipe a constat&eacute; que les personnes interrog&eacute;es (c.-&agrave;-d., les politiciens au pouvoir, les fonctionnaires chevronn&eacute;s et les lobbyistes externes) connaissaient les donn&eacute;es probantes sur les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; et estimaient ces donn&eacute;es exactes. Elles &eacute;taient cependant d&rsquo;avis que les politiques n&eacute;cessaires pour r&eacute;partir autrement les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; ne s&rsquo;harmonisaient pas parfaitement avec la mani&egrave;re dont le processus politique est structur&eacute; et compris.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan structurel, le cloisonnement entre les minist&egrave;res n&rsquo;est gu&egrave;re propice au changement social sur une grande &eacute;chelle. La situation va &agrave; l&rsquo;encontre des d&eacute;marches intersectorielles et pangouvernementales encourag&eacute;es par de nombreux organismes comme l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la Sant&eacute;. Les personnes interrog&eacute;es ont recommand&eacute; d&rsquo;avoir recours &agrave; des interventions plus facilement g&eacute;rables et plus ax&eacute;es sur des solutions qui refl&egrave;tent le mandat de minist&egrave;res pr&eacute;cis.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants ont fait remarquer que les arguments d&rsquo;ordre moral et &eacute;thique sont le fil conducteur des politiques publiques. Ils ont &agrave; cet effet fait valoir que les tenants du plaidoyer et les chercheurs devraient accepter le d&eacute;bat id&eacute;ologique et ne pas se fier uniquement &agrave; des d&eacute;marches objectives fond&eacute;es sur des donn&eacute;es probantes.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d&eacute;terminer la meilleure mani&egrave;re de travailler avec les politiciens et les d&eacute;cideurs qui &oelig;uvrent dans le secteur de la sant&eacute; ou un autre secteur;<\/li>\n<li>concevoir des interventions qui correspondent aux limites minist&eacute;rielles;<\/li>\n<li>employer des arguments fond&eacute;s sur des valeurs et la morale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carey, G. et B.
