L&rsquo;auteure s&rsquo;est int&eacute;ress&eacute;e &agrave; la question dans ses fonctions de sp&eacute;cialiste principale du transfert des connaissances au Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute;. Sa dissertation comporte une revue de la litt&eacute;rature qui a servi &agrave; d&eacute;terminer la port&eacute;e de la recherche, l&rsquo;analyse des responsables de la sant&eacute; publique effectu&eacute;e pour valider et peaufiner les constatations, ainsi qu&rsquo;un m&eacute;tasommaire des documents sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;s les plus pertinents en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;analyse th&eacute;matique et de visualisation de donn&eacute;es.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteure a d&eacute;gag&eacute; de son analyse trois caract&eacute;ristiques qui doivent &ecirc;tre r&eacute;unies pour que les responsables de la sant&eacute; publique puissent faire avancer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; : 1) le leadership s&rsquo;exerce simultan&eacute;ment sur les plans organisationnel, communautaire et soci&eacute;tal; 2) le responsable jette un pont entre la collectivit&eacute; et son organisme d&rsquo;attache et travaille dans les interstices; 3) le leadership repose sur un syst&egrave;me de valeurs pr&eacute;cises (&eacute;quit&eacute;, justice sociale, solidarit&eacute;).<\/p>\n<p>Les sections &laquo; findings &raquo; et &laquo; discussion &raquo;, o&ugrave; Claire Betker pr&eacute;sente respectivement ses constatations et ses consid&eacute;rations, se r&eacute;v&eacute;leront les plus utiles aux praticiens.
