Une fois les indicateurs choisis, la ressource devrait indiquer quelles sont les priorit&eacute;s d&rsquo;action &agrave; consid&eacute;rer.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/infobase.phac-aspc.gc.ca\/health-inequalities\/index-fr.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Outil de donn&eacute;es sur les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s en sant&eacute; &agrave; l&#39;&eacute;chelle du Canada, &eacute;dition 2017<\/a>, contient des donn&eacute;es sur 70 indicateurs de l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; et des d&eacute;terminants tir&eacute;s de 13 sources d&rsquo;information canadiennes, y compris les indicateurs de l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; et des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute; (conditions de vie quotidienne et catalyseurs structurels). Les donn&eacute;es sont subdivis&eacute;es en 14 stratifications sociales et d&eacute;mographiques associ&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, y compris le statut socio&eacute;conomique, l&rsquo;identit&eacute; &agrave; titre d&rsquo;Autochtone et le lieu de r&eacute;sidence, et comprennent des donn&eacute;es d&eacute;mographiques comme l&rsquo;&acirc;ge, l&rsquo;origine raciale et l&rsquo;orientation sexuelle. Il est possible d&rsquo;&eacute;valuer les mesures de l&rsquo;effet et de l&rsquo;impact sur les populations, ce qui permet de pousser un peu plus loin l&rsquo;interpr&eacute;tation des donn&eacute;es. On peut en outre afficher visuellement les donn&eacute;es choisies sous forme de graphiques &agrave; t&eacute;l&eacute;charger pour les incorporer dans d&rsquo;autres produits ou &agrave; des fins de diffusion.<\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/sante-publique\/services\/publications\/science-recherche-et-donnees\/comprendre-rapport-principales-inegalites-sante-canada.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport connexe sur les principales iniquit&eacute;s en sant&eacute; au Canada<\/a> comporte une description des iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; les plus r&eacute;pandues au Canada. Les auteurs donnent en outre la liste des priorit&eacute;s sur lesquelles il faudrait agir et se pencher &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle f&eacute;d&eacute;rale, provinciale et territoriale, y compris les donn&eacute;es sur les populations autochtones vivant dans les r&eacute;serves et dans les collectivit&eacute;s du Nord. Ensemble, l&rsquo;outil de donn&eacute;es et le rapport sur les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s en sant&eacute; peuvent aider &agrave; d&eacute;terminer comment les travaux de recherche, les programmes et les services pourraient servir &agrave; mieux rem&eacute;dier aux iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet s&rsquo;inscrit dans le cadre de l&rsquo;Initiative canadienne d&rsquo;information sur les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s de sant&eacute;.
