D., a men&eacute; une revue de la port&eacute;e du leadership exerc&eacute; en sant&eacute; publique pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et une m&eacute;ta-analyse des donn&eacute;es dans le cadre de son projet de recherche pour r&eacute;diger sa th&egrave;se de doctorat. Pour ce faire, elle a pass&eacute; en revue la litt&eacute;rature de mani&egrave;re exhaustive, ce qui lui a permis de constater qu&rsquo;il existe tr&egrave;s peu de textes th&eacute;oriques et empiriques sur la question. Cette lacune rend d&rsquo;autant plus difficile la d&eacute;finition, le d&eacute;veloppement et l&rsquo;appui du leadership dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Le sommaire traite des concepts cl&eacute;s qui se d&eacute;gagent de la litt&eacute;rature sur le leadership en g&eacute;n&eacute;ral et qui sont susceptibles de s&rsquo;appliquer &agrave; l&rsquo;action men&eacute;e par la sant&eacute; publique en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les &eacute;l&eacute;ments et les th&eacute;ories du leadership;<\/li>\n<li>la diff&eacute;renciation entre suiveurs et leaders;<\/li>\n<li>la distinction entre leadership et direction;<\/li>\n<li>les consid&eacute;rations relatives au leadership exerc&eacute; &agrave; tous les &eacute;chelons et dans tous les champs d&rsquo;activit&eacute;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;auteure examine les principaux points qu&rsquo;elle a d&eacute;gag&eacute;s de la litt&eacute;rature, notamment en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;appui &agrave; fournir aux leaders &agrave; divers &eacute;chelons, les aspects relationnels du leadership et l&rsquo;utilisation &agrave; faire des donn&eacute;es pour montrer les iniquit&eacute;s et l&rsquo;interd&eacute;pendance des leaders et des suiveurs.
