Elle y fait &eacute;tat des travaux de recherche sur les interventions en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et des r&eacute;sultats en d&eacute;coulant. Le CCNDS a collabor&eacute; avec Claire Betker, Ph. D., &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration d&rsquo;un sommaire des principales constatations de la revue de la port&eacute;e et de la m&eacute;ta-analyse. Les sujets couverts sont, par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;&eacute;tat actuel de la base de donn&eacute;es probantes;<\/li>\n<li>les qualit&eacute;s essentielles des leaders en sant&eacute; publique;<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;importance des relations en sant&eacute; publique quand on veut mener une action sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>les types de connaissances requises pour les leaders;<\/li>\n<li>le calcul de la valeur &agrave; consid&eacute;rer parmi les principaux crit&egrave;res au moment de prendre des d&eacute;cisions comme leader en sant&eacute; publique;<\/li>\n<li>le r&ocirc;le de rapprochement et d&rsquo;autonomisation des leaders;<\/li>\n<li>les &eacute;chelons et les sph&egrave;res o&ugrave; se manifeste le leadership;<\/li>\n<li>les outils et les m&eacute;canismes propres &agrave; soutenir le d&eacute;veloppement du leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour faciliter l&rsquo;application des constatations dans le secteur de la sant&eacute; publique, les auteures relient les activit&eacute;s de soutien au d&eacute;veloppement du leadership aux principaux r&ocirc;les de la sant&eacute; publique et aux principales comp&eacute;tences en mati&egrave;re de leadership.
