Le r&ocirc;le de ce guide de l&rsquo;utilisateur est de venir en aide aux organismes dans l&rsquo;&eacute;valuation de l&rsquo;atteinte du mandat de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;,&nbsp; en identifiant les activit&eacute;s en lien avec l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; dans les programmes et services o&ugrave; des lacunes dans l&rsquo;action sont observ&eacute;es et des am&eacute;liorations sont apport&eacute;es au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tLe document est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en cinq sections qui s&#39;harmonisent avec les quatre r&ocirc;les de sant&eacute; publique pour am&eacute;liorer l&#39;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; &eacute;labor&eacute;s par le CCNDS, en plus d&#39;un cinqui&egrave;me r&ocirc;le<br \/>\n\t\td&eacute;velopp&eacute; par l&#39;&eacute;quipe de recherche.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n\t\t\t&Eacute;valuer et rendre compte de l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tModifier et r&eacute;organiser les programmes de sant&eacute; publique<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tEngagement communautaire et collaboration multisectorielle<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tDiriger, participer et appuyer les autres dans la r&eacute;vision des politiques<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tOrganisation et syst&egrave;me de d&eacute;veloppement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n\t\tChaque indicateur s&rsquo;accompagne de ressources et de r&eacute;f&eacute;rences. Un glossaire de termes est inclus ainsi qu&rsquo;un ensemble de feuilles de travail pour permettre l&rsquo;application pratique des indicateurs. Ce document a &eacute;t&eacute; con&ccedil;u par &laquo;Projets locaux collaboratifs de Sant&eacute; publique Ontario (SPO) afin d&rsquo;appuyer les organismes de sant&eacute; publique de l&rsquo;Ontario &agrave; se mobiliser dans l&rsquo;atteinte du mandat de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; pr&eacute;conis&eacute; dans les Normes de sant&eacute; publique de l&rsquo;Ontario. L&rsquo;utilisation de ces indicateurs pourrait aider les praticiens en Sant&eacute; publique au Canada &agrave; &eacute;valuer et &agrave; am&eacute;liorer les mesures prises au niveau organisationnel pour corriger les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s en mati&egrave;re de sant&eacute; de la population.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tUtilisez cette ressource pour<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\tAnimer une discussion sur la priorit&eacute; de l&#39;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; dans votre organisation de sant&eacute; publique.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tD&eacute;terminer les actions actuelles en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; adopt&eacute;es au sein de votre organisation et les domaines dans lesquels des am&eacute;liorations pourraient &ecirc;tre apport&eacute;es.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tD&eacute;velopper des programmes et plans d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation afin d&rsquo;examiner les strat&eacute;gies utilis&eacute;es pour corriger les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s en sant&eacute; de la population.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\tIdentifier les facteurs facilitants et les obstacles qui freinent le travail en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; au sein de votre organisation (de sant&eacute; publique).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\n\t\tR&eacute;f&eacute;rence<\/h3>\n<p>\n\t\tSant&eacute; publique Ontario.
