{"id":6907,"date":"2019-07-29T15:19:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-29T15:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nccdh.local\/resource\/learning-essentials-for-advancing-health-equity-series\/"},"modified":"2025-11-06T17:19:32","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T17:19:32","slug":"learning-essentials-for-advancing-health-equity-series","status":"publish","type":"resource","link":"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/learning-essentials-for-advancing-health-equity-series\/","title":{"rendered":"Learning Essentials for Advancing Health Equity series"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.allianceon.org\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alliance pour des communaut&eacute;s en sant&eacute;<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/accessalliance.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services<\/a> ont cocr&eacute;&eacute; la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allianceon.org\/fr\/ressources-equite-sante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">s&eacute;rie de modules de formation sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/a> dans le cadre du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/accessalliance.ca\/building-capacity-for-equity-informed-planning-and-evaluation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Building Capacity for Equity-Informed Planning and Evaluation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet avait pour objectif de cr&eacute;er des outils et des ressources propres &agrave; renforcer la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.health.gov.on.ca\/fr\/common\/system\/services\/chc\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">centres de sant&eacute; communautaire<\/a> (CSC) en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;att&eacute;nuation des iniquit&eacute;s li&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s aux services de sant&eacute;, &agrave; la qualit&eacute; des soins de sant&eacute; et aux r&eacute;sultats de sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>La s&eacute;rie comporte notamment des modules de formation sur les concepts de base en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, les donn&eacute;es &agrave; utiliser pour appuyer la d&eacute;marche vers l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et les m&eacute;canismes d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation des am&eacute;liorations &agrave; apporter pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;. Elle comporte aussi des outils pour mesurer la situation initiale de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et faciliter la collecte et l&rsquo;analyse de donn&eacute;es afin de d&eacute;terminer les besoins de la client&egrave;le, ainsi que des outils de planification, dont des gabarits de charte de projet et des gabarits de plans d&rsquo;&eacute;valuation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le site Web en anglais, on trouve aussi des liens vers la m&eacute;thode &agrave; suivre pour planifier une revue des donn&eacute;es, un mod&egrave;le de sondage sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en emploi et d&rsquo;autres types d&rsquo;outils de collecte et d&rsquo;analyse de donn&eacute;es n&eacute;cessaires au renforcement de la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle.<\/p>\n<h3>Inventaire de ressources<\/h3>\n<p>On trouve aussi dans le site en anglais un lien vers un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allianceon.org\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/Health Equity Toolkit_Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">document inventoriant divers outils utiles pour les organismes de sant&eacute;<\/a>. Le document comporte un cadre d&rsquo;orientation pour le renforcement de la capacit&eacute; des divers services d&rsquo;un organisme de sant&eacute; communautaire en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le document comporte une liste d&rsquo;outils r&eacute;partis en fonction de chaque domaine et sujet du cadre d&rsquo;orientation. Les responsables des organismes dans les domaines de la sant&eacute; publique et de la sant&eacute; communautaire peuvent adapter &agrave; leurs besoins le cadre d&rsquo;orientation, les outils et les concepts.<\/p>\n<h3>Servez-vous de cet outil pour&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>faciliter les discussions sur ce qui fonctionne bien ou ce qu&rsquo;il y aurait lieu d&rsquo;am&eacute;liorer par rapport &agrave; la capacit&eacute; de votre organisme &agrave; prendre des mesures pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>&eacute;valuer la mesure dans laquelle les programmes et les d&eacute;marches de votre organisme favorisent l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et d&eacute;terminer les pistes d&rsquo;am&eacute;lioration;<\/li>\n<li>&eacute;laborer un plan de perfectionnement professionnel afin de renforcer les connaissances au sujet de la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle d&rsquo;att&eacute;nuer les iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; li&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s aux soins de sant&eacute; et les r&eacute;sultats de sant&eacute;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Alliance pour des communaut&eacute;s en sant&eacute;.
