La pr&eacute;sence de th&egrave;mes en lien avec l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; a &eacute;galement &eacute;t&eacute; prise en consid&eacute;ration.<\/p>\n<h3>Crit&egrave;res de s&eacute;lection<\/h3>\n<p>Neuf outils ont &eacute;t&eacute; retenus et sont pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s en fonction des crit&egrave;res suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Objectif de l&rsquo;outil<\/li>\n<li>D&eacute;finition de la sant&eacute; (&eacute;quit&eacute;)<\/li>\n<li>Accent mis sur les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>Utilisateurs cibles de l&rsquo;outil<\/li>\n<li>&Eacute;l&eacute;ments &eacute;valu&eacute;s<\/li>\n<li>Utilisation des r&eacute;sultats d&eacute;crite dans l&rsquo;outil<\/li>\n<li>Application de l&rsquo;outil (mani&egrave;re et endroit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les &eacute;valuations organisationnelles positives ont montr&eacute; que les &eacute;l&eacute;ments suivants sont essentiels pour agir sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr&eacute;paration organisationnelle claire<\/li>\n<li>Solide leadership organisationnel<\/li>\n<li>Allocation appropri&eacute;e des ressources<\/li>\n<li>Participation concr&egrave;te de tous les &eacute;chelons de l&rsquo;organisation<\/li>\n<li>Occasions de collaboration intersectorielle<\/li>\n<li>Comp&eacute;tence ad&eacute;quate des praticiens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce guide fait partie d&rsquo;une s&eacute;rie de documents r&eacute;dig&eacute;s pour &eacute;tayer le projet sur la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle; il s&rsquo;agit de la deuxi&egrave;me it&eacute;ration de la s&eacute;rie &laquo;&nbsp;Apprenons ensemble&nbsp;&raquo; du CCNDS.
