Parmi ces valeurs se trouvent diverses lignes de conduite (p.&nbsp;ex., &eacute;galit&eacute;, solidarit&eacute;, courage) et diff&eacute;rents r&eacute;sultats (p.&nbsp;ex., &eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et vie dans la dignit&eacute;, justice sociale). Il &eacute;tablit ensuite un lien entre ces valeurs et les politiques et programmes (p.&nbsp;ex., s&eacute;curisation culturelle, &eacute;quit&eacute; raciale) qui peuvent &ecirc;tre adopt&eacute;s en sant&eacute; publique et dans l&rsquo;ensemble du syst&egrave;me de sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ressource traite &eacute;galement des forces antagonistes qui sont &agrave; l&rsquo;&oelig;uvre dans les pratiques d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et qui d&eacute;coulent de deux grandes tensions soci&eacute;tales&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L&rsquo;opposition entre les d&eacute;sirs de changement et de stabilit&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;opposition entre le d&eacute;sir du bien-&ecirc;tre d&rsquo;autrui et celui de l&rsquo;avancement personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Finalement, on y pr&eacute;sente plusieurs occasions de miser sur les valeurs pour promouvoir une culture d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et, par extension, l&rsquo;action en mati&egrave;re de sant&eacute; publique et d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h3>Cette ressource peut servir &agrave;&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>d&eacute;crire les concepts cl&eacute;s des valeurs et de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>discuter avec ses coll&egrave;gues des valeurs qui favorisent l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>rep&eacute;rer des occasions de miser sur les valeurs pour orienter les politiques et les programmes visant l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>soutenir la planification strat&eacute;gique et la d&eacute;finition d&rsquo;une vision au sein des organisations de sant&eacute; publique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique<\/h3>\n<p>Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute;.
