Il est recommand&eacute; de l&rsquo;accompagner du document du CCNDS <a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/lets-talk-values-and-health-equity\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Valeurs et &eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;&nbsp;: Parlons-en<\/em><\/a>, car celui-ci est un bon document d&rsquo;introduction au concept de valeurs, y compris les valeurs qui sous-tendent l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h3>\nLien direct avec le Projet de la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle d&rsquo;agir pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/h3>\n<p>Le m&eacute;moire comporte une revue de la litt&eacute;rature et les perspectives offertes par les experts des milieux de la recherche et des pratiques qui sont membres du cercle d&rsquo;apprentissage cr&eacute;&eacute; dans le cadre du <a href=\"http:\/\/127.0.0.1:8001\/fr\/our-work\/organizational-capacity-project\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Projet de la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle d&rsquo;agir pour l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs pr&eacute;sentent en outre une d&eacute;finition des valeurs propres &agrave; soutenir l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, des exemples de ce que font certains organismes ainsi que les occasions et les d&eacute;fis li&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;op&eacute;rationnalisation des valeurs li&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; sur le plan organisationnel.<\/p>\n<h3>\nOutil de discussion sur les valeurs li&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et leur concr&eacute;tisation<\/h3>\n<p>Le texte se termine sur la pr&eacute;sentation d&rsquo;un excellent outil &agrave; utiliser pour mener une discussion sur les valeurs et les moyens de les concr&eacute;tiser.
