Le rapport porte en outre sur les r&eacute;percussions &agrave; long terme des mesures mises en place durant la pand&eacute;mie sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Pour diff&eacute;rencier les effets pour la sant&eacute; des effets indirects pour les d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;, les auteurs ont analys&eacute; les facettes suivantes &agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un mod&egrave;le conceptuel&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;influence des d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute; sur le diff&eacute;rentiel d&rsquo;exposition &agrave; la COVID-19,<\/li>\n<li>le diff&eacute;rentiel des effets produits par les mesures de sant&eacute; publique,<\/li>\n<li>les domaines strat&eacute;giques ax&eacute;s sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Analyse des politiques f&eacute;d&eacute;rales et provinciales<\/h3>\n<p>Les r&eacute;sultats d&rsquo;analyse des politiques f&eacute;d&eacute;rales et provinciales (et des impacts en d&eacute;coulant) se divisent comme suit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>revenu et statut social,<\/li>\n<li>emploi et conditions de travail,<\/li>\n<li>&eacute;ducation, alphab&eacute;tisation et petite enfance,<\/li>\n<li>ins&eacute;curit&eacute; alimentaire,<\/li>\n<li>logement,<\/li>\n<li>protection sociale,<\/li>\n<li>services de sant&eacute;,<\/li>\n<li>peuples autochtones,<\/li>\n<li>genre et sexe,<\/li>\n<li>handicap,<\/li>\n<li>race et racisme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La pand&eacute;mie de COVID-19 a mis en &eacute;vidence les iniquit&eacute;s en mati&egrave;re de sant&eacute; au Canada. Les politiques et les programmes mis en &oelig;uvre durant la crise sanitaire marquent un d&eacute;tachement du mod&egrave;le de d&eacute;veloppement socio&eacute;conomique fond&eacute; sur l&rsquo;&eacute;conomie de march&eacute;, ce qui pr&eacute;sente une occasion d&rsquo;amorcer une transformation syst&eacute;mique.
