On y pr&eacute;cise la mani&egrave;re d&rsquo;entamer le processus dans une organisation. On y explique en outre le cadre g&eacute;n&eacute;ral et le processus circulaire visant &agrave; guider la d&eacute;marche et on y donne des exemples de grands objectifs strat&eacute;giques et de pratiques &agrave; adopter. Le guide s&rsquo;articule autour des six valeurs fondamentales &agrave; consid&eacute;rer pour orienter un changement transformateur&#8239;: l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;, l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; raciale, le partage du pouvoir, le changement syst&eacute;mique, la responsabilisation et l&rsquo;exhaustivit&eacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cr&eacute;&eacute; afin d&rsquo;aider &agrave; catalyser les efforts et l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie &agrave; d&eacute;ployer &agrave; long terme en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; raciale, le guide se divise en deux grandes sections&#8239;: la premi&egrave;re concerne la lumi&egrave;re &agrave; apporter &ndash; s&rsquo;engager et se responsabiliser envers l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; raciale et faire avancer ces valeurs; la seconde concerne la chaleur &agrave; apporter &ndash; &eacute;valuer et rendre responsable l&rsquo;organisme.
