Les auteures font le tour de la litt\u00e9rature revue par les pairs, de documents d\u2019orientation et d\u2019autres textes de la litt\u00e9rature grise pour montrer les r\u00e9percussions des conditions de travail et d\u2019emploi sur la sant\u00e9 des travailleurs et des populations du Canada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse prend en compte le pouvoir et l\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9, et vient ainsi enrichir le corpus de connaissances sur les d\u00e9terminants sociaux de la sant\u00e9. Comme solution au probl\u00e8me du travail dans des conditions dangereuses et de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, les auteures pr\u00e9conisent le travail d\u00e9cent.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La note d\u2019information fait \u00e9tat des r\u00e9percussions du travail dans des conditions dangereuses et de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9 tout au long du parcours de vie de l\u2019individu, d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 l\u2019autre et suivant l\u2019identit\u00e9 sociale (p. ex., genre, race, \u00e2ge, statut d\u2019immigrant).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail d\u00e9cent se veut une vision commune, un programme de changement et un mouvement. Les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 peuvent s\u2019en inspirer, le prendre en compte dans leur d\u00e9marche et en soutenir les principes pour rem\u00e9dier aux effets nuisibles du travail dans des conditions dangereuses et de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi pour la sant\u00e9. Les auteures soutiennent que les organisateurs communautaires et les militants des syndicats et des organisations non gouvernementales sont des partenaires incontournables de l\u2019action intersectorielle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le document se r\u00e9v\u00e9lera une bonne source d\u2019information pour les professionnels et les apprenants des domaines de la sant\u00e9 publique, des soins de sant\u00e9 et des politiques qui veulent approfondir leurs connaissances sur les conditions de travail et d\u2019emploi et le travail d\u00e9cent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les auteures s\u2019appuient sur l\u2019approche des sciences sociales pour montrer la part des d\u00e9terminants structurels, des normes soci\u00e9tales et de la mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart des travailleurs dans la qualit\u00e9 et la disponibilit\u00e9 des emplois pour certaines populations.
