La trousse comporte une section &laquo;&nbsp;Questions et r&eacute;ponses&nbsp;&raquo; et une autre sur le langage appropri&eacute; &agrave; utiliser pour mieux faire comprendre les notions d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; et d&rsquo;inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>La trousse &agrave; outils concerne principalement les groupes de travailleurs en qu&ecirc;te d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>jeunes &ndash; 30 ans et moins<\/li>\n<li>LGBTQ2S+<\/li>\n<li>Autochtones<\/li>\n<li>personnes racis&eacute;es<\/li>\n<li>personnes handicap&eacute;es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Outil pratique et ax&eacute; sur l&rsquo;action<\/h3>\n<p>La trousse est unique en ce sens qu&rsquo;elle comporte aussi des exemples d&rsquo;activit&eacute;s et d&rsquo;ateliers pratiques propres &agrave; am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; et l&rsquo;inclusion. Elle peut s&rsquo;appliquer &agrave; toutes les sph&egrave;res organisationnelles&nbsp;: les professionnels de premi&egrave;re ligne, les d&eacute;cisionnaires, les chercheurs et les &eacute;tudiants. Le fait de nommer et de concerner des groupes pr&eacute;cis qui vivent des iniquit&eacute;s permet aux syndicats de se consacrer express&eacute;ment &agrave; l&rsquo;att&eacute;nuation de ces iniquit&eacute;s.
