Ils y sont parvenus avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un groupe consultatif compos&eacute; de praticiens et de chercheurs de partout au Canada. Gr&acirc;ce au format facile d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s en ligne, les apprenants peuvent suivre la mati&egrave;re en toute autonomie.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectif<\/h3>\n<p>Le projet vise &agrave; offrir un cours d&rsquo;introduction gratuit en ligne afin d&rsquo;aider les cadres et les autres membres du personnel dans le domaine de la sant&eacute; publique &agrave; renforcer leurs connaissances et leurs comp&eacute;tences de mani&egrave;re &agrave; mieux travailler dans le sens de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Le cours en ligne comporte cinq modules en ligne con&ccedil;us pour faciliter&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;apprentissage des connaissances de base en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; et de d&eacute;terminants sociaux de la sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>le travail de r&eacute;flexion;<\/li>\n<li>la d&eacute;monstration du renforcement de la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle d&rsquo;agir sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;;<\/li>\n<li>la d&eacute;monstration d&rsquo;exemples de mesures efficaces prises en sant&eacute; publique pour favoriser l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les sujets de chaque module sont les suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>module&nbsp;1&nbsp;: Qu&rsquo;entend-on par iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute;?<\/li>\n<li>module&nbsp;2&nbsp;: Voie vers l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>module&nbsp;3&nbsp;: Agir pour am&eacute;liorer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/li>\n<li>module&nbsp;4&nbsp;: R&eacute;flexion sur les visions du monde<\/li>\n<li>module&nbsp;5&nbsp;: Renforcement de la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle d&rsquo;AGIR sur l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les aides &agrave; l&rsquo;apprentissage comprises dans chaque module sont les suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>explications de la terminologie pertinente;<\/li>\n<li>contenu vid&eacute;o d&eacute;crivant les principaux concepts;<\/li>\n<li>liens vers les ressources pertinentes;<\/li>\n<li>sc&eacute;narios repr&eacute;sentant les donn&eacute;es probantes et les perspectives nationales et internationales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Afin de faciliter l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s au cours, le contenu de chaque module est aussi offert en version PDF.<\/p>\n<h3>Servez-vous de cet outil pour&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>animer une discussion au sujet des origines sociales et structurelles des iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; et du r&ocirc;le &agrave; jouer par les acteurs de la sant&eacute; publique dans ce domaine;<\/li>\n<li>enrichir les plans de perfectionnement personnel et professionnel dans le contexte des &eacute;valuations de rendement et d&rsquo;autres processus organisationnels en mati&egrave;re de ressources humaines;<\/li>\n<li>explorer la fa&ccedil;on dont les iniquit&eacute;s de sant&eacute; sont cr&eacute;&eacute;es et continuent d&rsquo;exister chez les partenaires aux initiatives de sant&eacute; publique qui proviennent de divers secteurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>R&eacute;f&eacute;rence bibliographique<\/h3>\n<p>Centre de collaboration nationale des d&eacute;terminants de la sant&eacute; et Sant&eacute; publique Ontario.
