Les &eacute;tudes ne permettent toutefois pas de confirmer l&rsquo;usage d&rsquo;un mod&egrave;le d&rsquo;application des donn&eacute;es probantes aux processus d&eacute;cisionnels en mati&egrave;re de politiques. Elles montrent au contraire que la production et la diffusion des observations scientifiques n&rsquo;exercent pas en soi une grande influence sur les m&eacute;thodes d&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques publiques(p.333).<\/p>\n<p>La diffusion des politiques r&eacute;f&egrave;re au processus suivant lequel les d&eacute;cisions prises en mati&egrave;re de politique dans une sph&egrave;re publique influencent l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques dans une autre(p.332).<\/p>\n<p>Les auteures de la revue exploratoire rapportent de nombreux exemples de diffusion des politiques dans les processus d&eacute;cisionnels li&eacute;s aux politiques de sant&eacute; publique. Elles ont relev&eacute; &agrave; ce propos cinq m&eacute;canismes de diffusion, c&rsquo;est-&agrave;-dire par l&rsquo;apprentissage, l&rsquo;&eacute;mulation, la concurrence, la coercition et la contagion sociale, dans les domaines de la lutte antitabac et de la lutte contre le tabagisme, du VIH\/sida, de la r&eacute;glementation du cannabis et d&rsquo;autres aussi.<\/p>\n<p>Elles font en outre remarquer que la gravit&eacute; des probl&egrave;mes de sant&eacute; publique &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle locale et l&rsquo;existence de donn&eacute;es probantes n&rsquo;incitent pas n&eacute;cessairement &agrave; agir pour &eacute;laborer des politiques ou &agrave; &eacute;clairer la diffusion de politiques.<\/p>\n<p>La revue exploratoire &eacute;taie l&rsquo;opinion voulant que la sant&eacute; publique rel&egrave;ve de la politique et que les processus d&eacute;cisionnels ne reposent pas uniquement sur les donn&eacute;es probantes existantes. Les praticiens doivent comprendre l&rsquo;importance de bien comprendre le r&ocirc;le des m&eacute;canismes politiques dans leurs activit&eacute;s professionnelles et de bien se pr&eacute;parer aux facteurs intergouvernementaux intervenant dans les prises de d&eacute;cisions en sant&eacute; publique.<\/p>\n<p>Le texte peut servir &agrave; orienter les m&eacute;thodes d&rsquo;application des connaissances en sant&eacute; publique afin de consid&eacute;rer ce qui constitue des donn&eacute;es probantes de qualit&eacute; et pertinentes dans le processus de diffusion des politiques [&hellip;] par opposition &agrave; ce qui &laquo;&thinsp;devrait&thinsp;&raquo; &eacute;clairer l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques en fonction de hi&eacute;rarchies &eacute;tablies privil&eacute;giant certains types de donn&eacute;es scientifiques (p. ex., revues syst&eacute;matiques, essais comparatifs randomis&eacute;s) et les perspectives &eacute;pist&eacute;mologiques connexes.<\/p>\n<h3>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>explorer les m&eacute;canismes employ&eacute;s dans le secteur publique pour prendre des d&eacute;cisions en sant&eacute; public;<\/li>\n<li>consid&eacute;rer la pertinence et la mani&egrave;re de modifier les d&eacute;marches d&rsquo;application des connaissances afin de les adapter &agrave; un m&eacute;canisme de diffusion des politiques donn&eacute; pour bien &eacute;clairer l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques de sant&eacute; publique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Lien avec le travail du CCNDS : &nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres publications du CCNDS traitent du pouvoir comme facteur &agrave; examiner au moment de consid&eacute;rer les processus politiques influant sur l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration des politiques.
