Elle explique aussi la diff&eacute;rence entre un al&eacute;a, une situation d&rsquo;urgence et une catastrophe (p. 11).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>La partie 2 aborde les mesures prises dans l&rsquo;ensemble du continuum de la gestion des urgences au Canada, de la pr&eacute;vention et l&rsquo;att&eacute;nuation &agrave; la pr&eacute;paration, &agrave; l&rsquo;intervention et au r&eacute;tablissement (p. 25).<\/li>\n<li>La partie 3 souligne le r&ocirc;le de la promotion de la sant&eacute;, une fonction essentielle de la sant&eacute; publique, dans la gestion des urgences (p. 26).<\/li>\n<li>La partie 4 d&eacute;crit l&rsquo;application concr&egrave;te des mesures de promotion de la sant&eacute; au continuum de la gestion des urgences. Elle souligne, par exemple, comment les approches de promotion de la sant&eacute; peuvent soutenir l&rsquo;action sur les facteurs et les d&eacute;terminants des situations d&rsquo;urgence (p. 39).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enfin, le rapport propose des recommandations sur l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration de la promotion de la sant&eacute; dans les politiques et les pratiques de gestion des urgences (p. 73). Parmi les recommandations figurent l&rsquo;action intersectorielle sur les d&eacute;terminants structurels et sociaux de la sant&eacute;, la mise &agrave; disposition de ressources pour soutenir les interventions communautaires en mati&egrave;re de gestion des urgences, l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration d&rsquo;indicateurs &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;chelle communautaire et la cr&eacute;ation de syst&egrave;mes de collecte de donn&eacute;es en temps opportun qui respectent la souverainet&eacute; des donn&eacute;es autochtones. D&rsquo;autres actions recommand&eacute;es soulignent l&rsquo;importance de la formation et du perfectionnement de la main-d&rsquo;&oelig;uvre dans le domaine de la gestion des urgences, ainsi que l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration de la promotion de la sant&eacute; dans les politiques, les plans et les proc&eacute;dures d&rsquo;urgence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport fournit &eacute;galement des exemples de plusieurs outils ou approches de promotion de la sant&eacute; qui peuvent soutenir la gestion des situations d&rsquo;urgence. Les outils pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s comprennent des cadres &eacute;thiques qui peuvent aider le personnel professionnel de la sant&eacute; publique et les d&eacute;cisionnaires &agrave; analyser les d&eacute;fis &eacute;thiques qui se pr&eacute;sentent lors d&rsquo;une urgence sanitaire.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Servez-vous de cet outil pour :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>renforcer votre compr&eacute;hension de la terminologie relative &agrave; la gestion des urgences<\/li>\n<li>susciter une discussion sur les contributions possibles de la sant&eacute; publique &agrave; la gestion des situations d&rsquo;urgence<\/li>\n<li>&eacute;clairer l&rsquo;action sur l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration des approches et des principes de promotion de la sant&eacute; dans la gestion des situations d&rsquo;urgence.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Connexit&eacute; avec le travail du CCNDS :<\/h3>\n<p>Comprendre comment la sant&eacute; publique peut soutenir la gestion des situations d&rsquo;urgence et s&rsquo;inscrit dans le cadre des travaux du CCNDS qui se concentrent sur la planification en cas de pand&eacute;mie et la gestion des catastrophes naturelles.<\/p>\n<p>En 2023, le CCNDS a publi&eacute; <a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/lessons-in-pandemic-planning-response-and-recovery-a-summary-of-equity-in-action-stories\"><em>Le&ccedil;ons apprises au sujet des processus de planification, d&rsquo;intervention et de r&eacute;tablissement lors d&rsquo;une pand&eacute;mie&nbsp;: Un sommaire des r&eacute;cits de &laquo;&nbsp;L&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en action&nbsp;&raquo;<\/em><\/a>. Ce rapport faisait la synth&egrave;se des d&eacute;marches au profit de l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; entreprises pendant la pand&eacute;mie de COVID&#8209;19.<\/p>\n<p>En 2021, les six Centres de collaboration nationale en sant&eacute; publique ont collabor&eacute; &agrave; un projet intitul&eacute; <a
