Lorsque le virus a provoqu&eacute; la pand&eacute;mie, le travail d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; &laquo;&thinsp;en a pris pour son rhume&thinsp;&raquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs d&eacute;crivent le projet pilote de formation et de suivi r&eacute;alis&eacute; par le Centre de collaboration nationale des maladies infectieuses (<a href=\"https:\/\/ccnmi.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CCNMI<\/a>) et le CCNDS en concertation avec des organismes de sant&eacute; publique afin d&rsquo;assurer que l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; soit inscrit explicitement dans leur travail et demeure une priorit&eacute; lors de situations d&rsquo;urgence. Pour les quatre s&eacute;ances de formation, le CCNMI et le CCNDS ont travaill&eacute; avec une quinzaine de praticiens de la sant&eacute; publique d&rsquo;un organisme de sant&eacute; publique afin de codifier les pratiques d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute; &agrave; leur travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les s&eacute;ances s&rsquo;articulaient autour des questions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quelles sont les populations &agrave; risque de vivre des in&eacute;galit&eacute;s?<\/li>\n<li>Quelles mesures faudrait-il prendre pour att&eacute;nuer les in&eacute;galit&eacute;s?<\/li>\n<li>Comment ces mesures devraient-elles &ecirc;tre mises en place?<\/li>\n<li>Quelles sont les parties absentes des tables d&eacute;cisionnelles ou des prises en consid&eacute;ration?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr&egrave;s avoir examin&eacute; la fa&ccedil;on dont les populations en situation de d&eacute;favorisation &eacute;taient repr&eacute;sent&eacute;es dans leurs protocoles d&rsquo;urgence, les praticiens ont particip&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;laboration d&rsquo;une carte de densit&eacute; montrant les endroits o&ugrave; concentrer les efforts pour faire participer les partenaires locaux de mani&egrave;re soutenue.
