Les cadres sont un outil utile pour aider \u00e0 traduire les engagements&nbsp;en mesures concr\u00e8tes&nbsp;en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien&nbsp;que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nccdh-dev.media-doc.ca\/fr\/resources\/entry\/health-equity-frameworks-as-a-tool-to-support-public-health-action-a-rapid-review-of-the-literature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la revue de la litt\u00e9rature<\/a>&nbsp;comprenne&nbsp;de nombreux cadres d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9, elle fournit peu&nbsp;d\u2019indications&nbsp;sur&nbsp;la fa\u00e7on de les utiliser&nbsp;pour mettre&nbsp;en&nbsp;\u0153uvre&nbsp;et renforcer&nbsp;des&nbsp;mesures&nbsp;organisationnelles et syst\u00e9miques&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9. Afin de combler cette lacune, le CCNDS, guid\u00e9 par les conseils d\u2019un groupe consultatif, a organis\u00e9 un atelier en ligne avec environ 50\u202fparticipants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cet atelier \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9couter les participants pour apprendre et&nbsp;s\u2019appuyer sur leurs connaissances fond\u00e9es sur la pratique afin de cocr\u00e9er&nbsp;une orientation sur l\u2019utilisation des cadres pour renforcer les efforts d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9 au sein&nbsp;des&nbsp;organisations&nbsp;et&nbsp;des&nbsp;syst\u00e8mes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Approches&nbsp;fondamentales&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les discussions de l\u2019atelier se sont concentr\u00e9es autour de&nbsp;quatre&nbsp;principaux champs d\u2019application des cadres\u202f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>avantages\u00a0et pi\u00e8ges des cadres;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cocr\u00e9ation, s\u00e9lection et adaptation des cadres;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>soutiens\u00a0organisationnels et syst\u00e9miques;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>questions\u00a0essentielles d\u2019\u00e9valuation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi&nbsp;ces&nbsp;champs d\u2019application, quatre th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 comme fondement \u00e0 tout travail en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9, que l\u2019on utilise des cadres ou non\u202f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Notre fa\u00e7on de travailler ensemble est importante.<\/em>\u00a0Appliquer des approches anti-oppressives et ax\u00e9es\u00a0sur\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes du travail sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Cr\u00e9er des espaces o\u00f9 les personnes et les communaut\u00e9s peuvent exercer leur pouvoir \u00e0 tous les niveaux et \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes.<\/em>\u00a0Aborder les relations de pouvoir in\u00e9quitables et centrer les voix des communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es par le d\u00e9ni d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans le travail sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9.
