La surveillance, soit la collecte, l\u2019analyse, l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et le partage des donn\u00e9es, est une fonction essentielle en sant\u00e9 publique qui&nbsp;\u00e9claire&nbsp;la prise de d\u00e9cision et guide les interventions&nbsp;en&nbsp;sant\u00e9 publique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rapport de l\u2019Agence de la sant\u00e9 publique du Canada r\u00e9sume les&nbsp;observations&nbsp;des professionnels et des&nbsp;partenaires de&nbsp;la&nbsp;sant\u00e9 publique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du pays pour&nbsp;cerner&nbsp;une vision&nbsp;de&nbsp;surveillance&nbsp;collaborative&nbsp;en&nbsp;sant\u00e9 publique, d\u2019ici 2030.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vision&nbsp;\u00ab\u202fvise \u00e0 fournir une compr\u00e9hension commune des objectifs et des d\u00e9fis de la surveillance de la sant\u00e9 publique et \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence les initiatives men\u00e9es par les partenaires \u00e0 travers le Canada qui font progresser la surveillance vers la vision\u202f\u00bb&nbsp;(p.\u202f5).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un&nbsp;\u00ab\u202fsyst\u00e8me de syst\u00e8mes\u202f\u00bb&nbsp;de surveillance<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La surveillance au Canada est hautement d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e&nbsp;puisque&nbsp;chaque province et territoire dirige son propre syst\u00e8me. La Vision\u202f2030&nbsp;soutient qu\u2019une collaboration entre les organismes et les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes&nbsp;est&nbsp;essentielle&nbsp;pour&nbsp;le partage d\u2019informations en temps opportun et des interventions r\u00e9ussies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au centre de la vision se situe un&nbsp;\u00ab\u202fsyst\u00e8me des syst\u00e8mes\u202f\u00bb&nbsp;de surveillance de la sant\u00e9 publique qui est adaptable, r\u00e9silient et collaboratif. Il vise \u00e0 atteindre un objectif et une gouvernance unifi\u00e9s, des partenariats inclusifs, une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre bien soutenue, des informations sanitaires int\u00e9gr\u00e9es et une efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ses caract\u00e9ristiques, ce syst\u00e8me des syst\u00e8mes se veut agile, collaboratif, connect\u00e9, \u00e9quitable et&nbsp;\u00e9clair\u00e9&nbsp;par les utilisateurs et les communaut\u00e9s&nbsp;afin de garantir des donn\u00e9es pertinentes et repr\u00e9sentatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019actions pour atteindre la Vision\u202f2030<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport&nbsp;d\u00e9crit&nbsp;les principales orientations pour&nbsp;la mise en place&nbsp;d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de surveillance hautement fonctionnel et pour&nbsp;relever&nbsp;les&nbsp;d\u00e9fis actuels.&nbsp;Il cible \u00e9galement les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019actions suivantes&nbsp;(p.\u202f7)\u202f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u00e9velopper\u00a0des\u00a0structures\u00a0de gouvernance qui permettent l\u2019acc\u00e8s autoris\u00e9 aux donn\u00e9es de surveillance de\u00a0haute\u00a0qualit\u00e9\u00a0et\u00a0opportunes;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>consolider\u00a0les relations entre les partenaires de la surveillance de la sant\u00e9 publique et les communaut\u00e9s qu\u2019ils servent;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>soutenir\u00a0la souverainet\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es autochtones et\u00a0le d\u00e9veloppement de\u00a0syst\u00e8mes\u00a0de sant\u00e9 culturellement adapt\u00e9s et dot\u00e9s de ressources;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cr\u00e9er\u00a0une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre bien form\u00e9e;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contribuer\u00a0\u00e0 la modernisation des donn\u00e9es et de l\u2019infrastructure de partages des donn\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque possibilit\u00e9 est accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019un exemple de strat\u00e9gie de surveillance innovante actuellement utilis\u00e9e au Canada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;figure\u202f1 du rapport (p.\u202f9) fournit un aper\u00e7u de&nbsp;la&nbsp;Vision\u202f2030,&nbsp;qui d\u00e9crit&nbsp;les \u00e9tats souhait\u00e9s, les caract\u00e9ristiques, les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever et les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019actions&nbsp;pour&nbsp;un&nbsp;syst\u00e8me de surveillance qui&nbsp;transforme les donn\u00e9es&nbsp;en&nbsp;actions&nbsp;de la&nbsp;sant\u00e9 publique au Canada. Il sert de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence utile pour ceux qui sont concern\u00e9s par la pratique ou l\u2019\u00e9ducation en mati\u00e8re de surveillance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Horizon\u202f2030<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Vision\u202f2030 encourage les partenaires de la sant\u00e9 publique et intersectoriels \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur l\u2019importance fondamentale d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de surveillance solide et aux \u00e9tapes n\u00e9cessaires pour le r\u00e9aliser.
