La bonne sant\u00e9 favorise le bien-\u00eatre. Les contextes soci\u00e9taux qui soutiennent le bien-\u00eatre soutiennent \u00e9galement&nbsp;l\u2019avancement&nbsp;des&nbsp;principales&nbsp;priorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 publique, y compris la sant\u00e9 de la population et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en sant\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre sous-tend de multiples facettes\u202f: sociale, \u00e9conomique, environnementale et&nbsp;sanitaire.&nbsp;Une attention croissante port\u00e9e au&nbsp;bien-\u00eatre&nbsp;\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale et nationale&nbsp;peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour&nbsp;stimuler les interventions intersectorielles&nbsp;sur les d\u00e9terminants de la sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche&nbsp;globale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.&nbsp;\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que de nombreux facteurs qui influent sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre ne rel\u00e8vent pas du mandat d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, une approche de bien-\u00eatre permet \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 publique de relever les d\u00e9fis soci\u00e9taux complexes&nbsp;tels que les menaces de maladies infectieuses et d\u2019incendies forestiers ou d\u2019autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames li\u00e9s aux changements climatiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) l\u2019a d\u00e9crit dans son rapport de 2021&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/iris.who.int\/server\/api\/core\/bitstreams\/4e835d62-66df-4390-9957-359ea4a15140\/content\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Towards&nbsp;developing&nbsp;WHO\u2019s&nbsp;agenda on&nbsp;wellbeing<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;(en anglais)\u202f:&nbsp;\u00ab\u202fLe programme de bien-\u00eatre&nbsp;s\u2019efforce de cr\u00e9er des conditions sociales, \u00e9conomiques et environnementales favorables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 individuelle et collective, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de vie, \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de prosp\u00e9rer, \u00e0 la r\u00e9partition \u00e9quitable des ressources et \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire\u202f\u00bb&nbsp;(p.\u202f15) [traduction].&nbsp;Ces objectifs s\u2019alignent&nbsp;\u00e9troitement sur les&nbsp;priorit\u00e9s et les valeurs de la sant\u00e9 publique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passer&nbsp;du savoir&nbsp;\u00e0 l\u2019action&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport de l\u2019administratrice en chef de la sant\u00e9 publique est structur\u00e9 autour de trois sujets principaux, passant des concepts fondamentaux du bien-\u00eatre aux applications pratiques et aux r\u00f4les pour la sant\u00e9 publique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;section\u202f1 explore les concepts et les approches en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre, y compris la valeur importante des savoirs des Premi\u00e8res Nations, des Inuits et des M\u00e9tis pour comprendre la notion de bien-\u00eatre.
