Les exp&eacute;riences de leur champ de pratique et les r&eacute;flexions sur sa mise en place ont &eacute;t&eacute; recueillies &agrave; partir d&rsquo;un &eacute;chantillon de 30&#8239;membres du personnel infirmier, y compris de membres en chef, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des groupes de discussion et une enqu&ecirc;te en ligne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Le r&ocirc;le des ISP-DSS&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>La recherche explore diff&eacute;rents aspects du r&ocirc;le des ISP-DSS, y compris&#8239;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Quelles activit&eacute;s et quelles strat&eacute;gies ont demand&eacute; la participation des ISP-DSS?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Quels sont les &eacute;l&eacute;ments facilitants et les obstacles &agrave; la mise en place du r&ocirc;le des ISP-DSS?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Comment la direction, la culture organisationnelle et le contexte influencent-ils leur r&ocirc;le?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Comment les iniquit&eacute;s structurellement ancr&eacute;es dans le milieu de travail ont-elles une incidence sur les priorit&eacute;s en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; de sant&eacute; et sur la pratique de ce r&ocirc;le?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Comment les activit&eacute;s des ISP-DSS peuvent-elles influencer la capacit&eacute; organisationnelle &agrave; prendre des mesures pour appuyer l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; en sant&eacute;?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Comment la pand&eacute;mie de COVID-19 a-t-elle touch&eacute; le travail des ISP-DSS?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Principales le&ccedil;ons &agrave; tirer&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p>Les r&eacute;sultats de cette &eacute;tude ont une grande port&eacute;e d&rsquo;application.&nbsp;Les principales le&ccedil;ons &agrave; tirer comprennent&#8239;:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La difficult&eacute; constante &agrave; travailler &agrave; contre-courant, bien que les ISP-DSS reconnaissent la valeur et l&rsquo;incidence de leur travail.
