Nous savons que l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 raciale est une force, qui am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 de la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu\u2019organisation ax\u00e9e sur le transfert des connaissances, nous reconnaissons l\u2019influence du racisme sur l\u2019identit\u00e9, le savoir et l\u2019apprentissage. Le Centre de collaboration nationale des d\u00e9terminants de la sant\u00e9 s\u2019engage \u00e0 int\u00e9grer l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 raciale dans tous les aspects de son travail, notamment en utilisant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des syst\u00e8mes et g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de connaissances diversifi\u00e9s pour \u00e9laborer des ressources et organiser des activit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage afin d\u2019\u00e9largir son r\u00e9seau et d\u2019en accro\u00eetre la diversit\u00e9. Nous modifions nos pratiques internes et notre culture organisationnelle afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 raciale dans nos pratiques et nos d\u00e9cisions quotidiennes. Nous nous engageons \u00e0 former une \u00e9quipe multiethnique et \u00e0 lui donner les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour encourager l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 raciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 faire part de nos exp\u00e9riences, \u00e0 apprendre du travail de nos pairs et \u00e0 assurer la transparence au fur et \u00e0 mesure de nos apprentissages et
