This report from Western University’s Centre for Research & Education on Violence Against Women and Children highlights how systemic bias makes Black, Indigenous and people or colour (BIPOC) more vulnerable to COVID-19. It focuses on the areas of healthcare, labour/housing and community support and includes recommendations to address these disparities.
